Official Jefferson County criminal-record questions belong with the agency that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court cases to the Clerk at Courthouse Circle, bookings and sheriff reports to Industrial Park, city police reports to Monticello Police, and statewide histories to FDLE.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot obtain an official criminal history, conduct a background check, correct or remove a record, or receive a sealing or expunction filing. Those services must come from the responsible public office.
